Dr. Doug Hiser "DH"

Orthodontist

Dr. Hiser started Hiser Orthodontics in 1999 after graduating from Orthodontic Residency at the University of Kentucky. His favorite thing about working in the office is the opportunity to cultivate relationships with the different individuals that step into the office. To unwind from work DH likes to watch Hallmark movies and watch his Kentucky Wildcats.

Jake

Marketing Director

Jake joined the family business in January of 2022 after graduating from Samford University. His favorite thing about working at Hiser Orthodontics is getting to work with family and experiencing the fun loving atmosphere in the office. Outside of the office, Jake enjoys exercising and spending time with his family and wife.

Mandy

Lead Clinical Assistant

Mandy has been a part of the Hiser Ortho team since June of 2023 and she has worked her way up to Lead Clinical Assistant in a short amount of time because of her skills and expertise. Mandy’s favorite thing about coming to work everyday is the family atmosphere within the office between patients and team members. Outside of the office, Mandy enjoys traveling around the state to watch her nephew play basketball.

Charlotte

Clinical Assistant

Charlotte joined the Hiser Ortho team in August of 2022 and is a vibrant spirit in our clinic. Her favorite thing about working at Hiser Orthodontics is the constant education that comes with the job. Outside of the office, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her dog and her family.

Katie

Clinical Assistant

We welcomed Katie to the Hiser Ortho family in October of 2023 after she completed dental assisting school. Katie’s favorite thing about working at Hiser Orthodontics is the close relationships she has made with many of the team members. Outside of the office, you can find Katie either working out at the gym or relaxing at home having some “me” time.

Kelly W.

Clinical Assistant

Kelly has been a part of the Hiser Orthodontic team since August of 2024. Her favorite thing about working at Hiser Orthodontics is how she feels like she has a “second family” when she comes to work with the rest of the team. When Kelly is not working hard in the clinic, she can be found do anything outside whether that’s working out, hiking, or just enjoying the beauty of the outdoors.

Sam

Clinical Assistant

Sam joined the Hiser Ortho team in August of 2022. Her favorite thing about working at Hiser Orthodontics is getting to work with an “incredible team that loves beyond measure”. Outside of the Hiser Ortho office, Sam enjoys spending time with her son.

Bren

Invisalign® ClinCheck Coordinator

Bren joined the Hiser Ortho team in August of 2021 after graduating from the University of Georgia. Her favorite thing about working at Hiser Orthodontics was getting to work with coworkers who truly felt like family. In June of 2023, Bren embarked on her own dental journey as she began dental school at the Dental College of Georgia. Good luck Bren!

Crystal

Patient Coordinator

We welcomed Crystal to the Hiser Ortho family in October of 2023 and if you’ve been in our office before then you have more than likely chatted with her at the front desk. Crystal’s favorite thing about working at Hiser Orthodontics is creating relationships with every single one of the patients that walk through the front door. Away from the office, Crystal loves spending time with her family, traveling, and learning how to cook different meals.

Nancy

Business Manager

Nancy joined the Hiser Ortho team in February of 2023 and is such a joy to talk to everyday. Nancy’s favorite thing about working at Hiser Orthodontics is how the new patients that walk through the door end up becoming family by the end of their treatment. When Nancy is outside of the office she loves to decorate and organize, but most of all she loves to spend time playing with her five grandchildren.

Rachel

Treatment Coordinator

Rachel joined the Hiser Ortho team in March of 2023. Her favorite thing about working at Hiser Orthodontics is getting to work with such great people and getting to meet so many new people on a daily basis. Outside of the treatment coordinating room, Rachel enjoys playing tennis and party planning.
