7 Reasons to Choose Hiser Orthodontics for Your Orthodontic Needs!

While choosing an orthodontist may not seem like a big deal to a lot of people, we know that choosing the right orthodontist is a very big deal to you, and most importantly, to your child.

If you do a Google search or ask your friends and family, you’ll find that you certainly don’t have a shortage of options. These days it seems like there is an orthodontics practice on just about every corner!

You may ask yourself, why choose Hiser Orthodontics? What makes us different from other orthodontic practices, or what experience can you expect to have at Hiser Orthodontics 2.0?

Today, we’re going to answer those questions (and more) for you. We want you to understand that the entire team at Hiser Orthodontics values you and your child. It’s not about Dr. Hiser and it’s not about our team.

We are committed to making sure that you and your child have a loving, compassionate, experience every time you step foot in our office, talk to us on the phone, or even communicate through email.

At Hiser Orthodontics, it’s all about valuing you and your child. That is our top priority. Many other orthodontic practices are selling braces that are the same, but we’re here to provide you with a unique experience that you will not find in any other office.

Below are seven reasons we believe you should choose our orthodontics practice for your child:

1. We Serve Our Patients (You Have a Voice Here)

How many times have you been to a doctor’s office and felt like you were at the DMV, just waiting to hear, “Next in line”? Then you get called back to the exam room and the doctor spends all of 2 minutes with you and your child. How does that make you feel?

Dr. Hiser has been there himself with his son Jake, sitting in a doctor’s office feeling as if he and his son were not valued at all.

It’s not a great experience as a parent and it can be a downright terrifying experience for a young child.

At Hiser Orthodontics, we don’t treat you like a number. We understand this is a big deal for you and your child, and we want you to have a voice at our office.

When it comes to any type of medical treatment for your child, you want to be heard, and we understand that. Our focus is on servant leadership, as we believe we are the best versions of ourselves when we make an effort to practice humility and serve others.

If you’re truly looking for an orthodontics practice where you are welcomed to have a voice and an opinion regarding your child’s orthodontic treatment, we want to welcome you to Hiser Orthodontics!

2. We Develop Meaningful Connections with our Patients and Parents

In order for your child to have a positive experience at our practice, we feel we must invest in them personally.

This means that instead of Dr. Hiser asking, “How are the braces?” the first question will probably be more along the lines of, “So how’s the baseball team doing?”

After all, isn’t that what a close family member who genuinely cares about your child might ask?

We don’t want to just be an “acquaintance,” we want you and your child to view us as friends and family. We thrive on making our patients, their families, and our communities feel like they are part of our Hiser Orthodontics family.

3. We Exemplify Grace in Every Interaction

img_6078Showing grace is one of the cornerstones of Hiser Orthodontics. Without grace, the world is a very cold, harsh, and difficult place to live.

We’re going to get a little personal here, but it’s important to understand WHY grace is so important to us because it isn’t just lip service, we really mean it.

In March of 2006, Dr. Hiser and his son were involved in a very serious automobile accident. In fact, Dr. Hiser spent months in the hospital. This was an intense, emotional, life-changing experience where Dr. Hiser had to reevaluate his entire life and his worldview.

Fortunately, Dr. Hiser and his son are both fine now. Actually, the accident had a profound, positive impact on his life. Life became about much more than just braces or “How, many patients can I see quickly. Instead it became focused on, “How can I show grace to other people and significantly impact children and their parents in a way that makes each person feel loved and appreciated?”

Everyone has their daily struggles. We may not understand exactly what you are going through when you bring your child to our practice, but you can take comfort knowing that we value each and every person who walks through our doors. We believe in showing abundant grace in every situation.

4 Our Office is a Fun Environment for Kids

img_6075We understand and empathize with the fact that most children simply do not want to go to any type of doctor. In addition to showing grace, love, and support to all kids, moms, and dads, we want your child to actually have fun!

While we are a group of professionals who understand the importance of orthodontic treatment, that doesn’t mean that treatment has to happen in a stuffy, medical office environment.

At our office, you can expect to laugh...because we think when kids and parents are laughing and having a good time, it actually makes going to the orthodontist a fun, entertaining experience.

After all, our office is all about joy, love, and laughter.

So if you’re looking for an orthodontics practice that is a little different than your average medical office, we think you’ll really like Dr. Hiser, Bri, Alana, and the rest of our team at Hiser Orthodontics!

5. We Provide Superior Performance Starting with Your First Phone Call

As we mentioned earlier, we value each and every patient. We strive to provide value during your interactions with us.

An important component of this is providing superior service and performance while breaking things down for parents in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.

From the moment you first call our office until your child’s last orthodontic appointment, we aim to provide superior performance, not only with the actual orthodontic treatment, but in the way we communicate with you and your child throughout the entire process.

6. We are a True Team with a Common Goal & a Unique Vision

One thing that makes Hiser Orthodontics unique…Our number one priority is your child and nobody else.

Sure, Dr. Hiser has been an orthodontist for over 17 years and has the skills and experience to treat your child as good as any other orthodontist, but is that really what is most important to you?

We believe that setting “excellent treatment” or “unparalleled care” as our bar for achievement as a practice is a very low bar.

I mean, that is what everyone promises, isn’t it?

With the Hiser Orthodontics team, you get more than a “canned marketing slogan,” you actually become part of the team focused on treating your child. The best treatment outcomes occur when Dr. Hiser, his team, and parent(s) are all on the same page and working together.

So, when you choose Hiser Orthodontics, you’re actually becoming part of your child’s treatment team.

7. We are Parents Ourselves and We Will Treat Your Kids like our own

As mentioned earlier, Dr. Hiser has been the dad in the waiting room; feeling like the doctor didn’t really understand why he and his son were there.

This feeling he has personally experienced has given him a unique perspective, which is not seeing things through the eyes of an orthodontist, but rather seeing things through the eyes of a father.

At Hiser Orthodontics, our entire team understands that, as a parent, you care about one thing more than anything else in this world— your children. We understand this because we are parents, too.

Our team will give your kids the most loving, fun, and enlightening experience.
